Developed by a Computer Technology Industry Association (CompTIA) education partner, the Computer Technician program prepares students for the CompTIA A+ certification exams. Topics studied include hardware, operating systems, security, troubleshooting, mobile devices, laptops, and printers, among others. In addition to one-on-one instructor support and personalized graduate support, students receive ebooks, two exam study guides, a computer repair toolkit, a power supply tester, a USB drive, and two CompTIA A+ certification exam vouchers. Access to the course is 6 months. The listed course date is only an example, as you work at your own pace and schedule. Career Step is an online school offering career-focused education designed to help students quickly enter the workforce. This course is for beginner students. Included is shop safety, determining speeds and feeds, proper use of dial calipers and micrometers, theory and hands-on operation of basic machines found in a machine shop (lathe, milling machines and drill presses). Focus will be on basic setup and operation of a milling machine and lathe.

The Pharmacy Technician program prepares students for the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) Exam. Students study pharmacology, pharmaceutical calculations, non-sterile compounding, and pharmacy law, regulations, and standards as well as topics specific to working in retail or institutional pharmacies. In addition to one-on-one instructor support from experienced instructors throughout the course, and access to personalized graduate support after graduation, students receive ebooks, a drug reference handbook, and a voucher for the PTCB Exam. Access to the course is 6 months. Start date is provided as an example but students study on their own schedule.
