Pharmacy Technician - online through Career Step

The Pharmacy Technician program prepares students for the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) Exam. Students study pharmacology, pharmaceutical calculations, non-sterile compounding, and pharmacy law, regulations, and standards as well as topics specific to working in retail or institutional pharmacies. In addition to one-on-one instructor support from experienced instructors throughout the course, and access to personalized graduate support after graduation, students receive ebooks, a drug reference handbook, and a voucher for the PTCB Exam. Access to the course is 6 months. Start date is provided as an example but students study on their own schedule. Career Step is an online school offering rolling admission and career-focused education designed to help students quickly enter the workforce. Students are eligible to receive a free laptop upon registering and paying course fees in full with MCST Adult Education. Enroll online: to start the study program.
