Learn the tricks of this classic holiday confection in this Saturday workshop. Make your own construction gingerbread dough, cut out your pieces, bake and assemble. Break for lunch and then decorate your house to take home, display, and enjoy for the holidays. Materials fee of $35.00 is due by cash or check, payable to the instructor, at the start of class.
