Culinary Adventure 3: FIORE and Chef Tim Lewis

Attendees will take an interactive, hands on approach to simple meal preparation incorporating FIORE products. Chef Tim will provide guidance and technical skills education as he guides the class through the preparation, cooking and plating phases. Participants will dine on the fruits of their labor. Pat O’Brien will provide background information on sourcing and production of oils and balsamics used.
